Ingenuity Sculpture Festival 6-15 October

Join Creative Mullum for the fifth annual Ingenuity Sculpture event, this year taking place in and through the grounds of Mullum Museum. It celebrates traditional and contemporary knowledge and art, promotes community input into publicly presented sculpture, whilst advocating for a sustainable future.

Byron Twilight Market every Saturday from 7 October

The FIRST Byron Twilight Market is BACK Saturday 7 October from 4pm at Railway Park, Byron Bay. Experience the magic of a Byron Bay sunset with a backdrop of live music, local crafts, and a vibrant community vibe. The Byron Twilight Markets will be every Saturday through summer.

Nimbin Roots Festival 14-15 October

2 Days of non stop original music held in various venues throughout Nimbin Village. Started in 2016 by a family of musicians so the festival ethos is grassroots and has earned a reputation of providing a unique little festival with high quality original music set in a town like no other – NIMBIN!

Byron Bay International Film Festival 20-29 October

Held across multiple venues, the Byron Bay Film Festival (BBFF) is a platform for outstanding independent film talent, showcasing a uniquely rich and diverse program of entertaining, inspiring and thought provoking films. It’s a festival that fuses artistry, education and innovation, enhancing our worldview and collective social dialogue through the power and storytelling of film.

Byron Latin Fiesta 2-5 November

30+ Latin Dance Workshops, 20+ Performances, Live Bands, Latin DJs, Master Classes, a Pre-Party, a Pool Party, After-Parties & Stall Holders. Dance styles include: Salsa, Bachata, Zouk, Kizomba, Tango, Reggaeton, Afro, Samba & more! The event caters to beginners and seasoned dancers alike and everyone is welcome. Bring your friends!
