Wandana Brewing Co is housing two esteemed Japanese restaurants for an epic tap room party. Trouble San (Brunswick Heads) & Moonlight (Byron Bay) team up to make succulent snacks on sticks, as Wandana vibrations and live Trouble San DJ turn Yakitori funky.
As the sun goes down, and Hibachi heat rises, our chefs will sizzle steaming hot skewers and a selection of smalls in-front of punters eyes. Wandana will also be throwing in a glass of the region’s grooviest small batch beers, which have been sat fermenting to the music long before the party started. Beer not your thing – that’s okay, you’re covered with wine and cocktails on offer throughout the night.
We’re talking; King Oyster Mushroom – Shiitake Tare, Spring Onion, BBQ Pork – Fermented Chilli Honey, Hokkaido Scallops – Café De Nippon Butter, Finger Lime, Tempura Prawn – Wasabi Mayo, Roast Seed, Chilli, Crunch to name a few.
With uninterrupted views across the Hinterland, Wandana Brewing co makes the perfect backdrop for friends, new and old, to sit back and soak up the sunshine, before hitting the dance floor, putting those boogie beers to the test.
