Byron Beachside Market – Wednesday 3 January
The Byron Beachside Market takes place four times a year in early January, Easter, July and late September. A ‘make it, bake it, sew it and grow it’ market held on the Byron Bay foreshore east of the Surf Club. This is the perfect location to experience some of the most original products alongside one of Australia’s most famous beaches.
Byron Bay Film Festival’s Beachside Screening 5 January
A selection of short films from local, Australian, and international filmmakers, which have delighted audiences in past festivals, come together in a two-part showcase designed to captivate and connect. From 5:30pm – Dening Park – East of the Surf Club
Starlight Festival 5-8 January in Bangalow
The Starlight Festival encourages growth, oneness and awakening over four days. Bringing together exhibitors, presenters and workshops focused on health, wellbeing, sustainability, healing, lifestyle and enlightenment.
McGregors Family Carnival, Brunswick Heads through to 21 January
A family owned and run carnival with your favourite rides, games and carnival food for all ages. Saturday 9 December and our final night will be Sunday 21 January!
School Holidays – back to school late January
There is plenty of fun things to do in Byron through the summer school holidays. On top of all the usual things to do in Byron Bay, there are a range of extra activities for school aged kids.
