New Wellness Destination: Navia Bathhouse Brings Nordic Rituals to Byron Bay

Tucked into the heart of Byron Bay at 7 Marvell Street, Navia Bathhouse is Byron’s newest wellness sanctuary, blending Scandinavian sauna rituals with the laid-back Australian lifestyle. Officially opened in April 2025, Navia offers a serene escape where wellness is a ritual and ‘hygge’—a Nordic concept of coziness and contentment—is a way of being.

Guests can indulge in a two-hour session featuring a traditional Finnish sauna, a magnesium hot pool, invigorating cold and ice plunges, and a steam room. Each visit includes a towel and salt scrub, enhancing the rejuvenating experience.

For those seeking deeper relaxation, Navia offers 60 and 90-minute massage treatments, including remedial, relaxation, and pregnancy options.

Navia operates daily from 7 AM to 8 PM, with massage services available between 10 AM and 5 PM.
