It’s always good to support local creatives and small businesses, and Byron’s regional markets are a great way to browse a huge variety of what they have to offer.

You can do your Christmas shopping this year at one of the many regular markets &/or at the special Christmas markets that are on in December.

Saturday 2 December

Brunswick Heads Markets 8am-2pm : Located in Memorial Park, come alive with the many artisan stalls, which provide clothing, plants, food, candles, soaps, coffee, and more.

The Byron Twilight Market 4pm-9pm every Saturday : Provides a fantastic opportunity for artists, designers, healers, producers and musicians to showcase their talents as well as handmade, high-quality designs in a vibrant, family-friendly atmosphere.

Sunday 3 December

Byron Bay Markets 8am-3pm 1st Sunday of the month : Byron’s original market since 1987, the Byron Community Market is an eclectic collection of market stalls that showcase Byron Bay’s intrinsic authenticity and lively culture.

Christmas Bazaar of Local Delights 2pm-8pm : The North Byron Hotel is hosting its very first “Christmas Bazaar of Local Delights” showcasing the best of Byron Bay with a Christmas Producers Market in the Garden Bar. Get all your Chrissy shopping done in one place with fresh produce, market stalls and food and wine tastings.

Saturday 9 December

Sunday 10 December

Lennox Community Market 8am-2pm 2nd and 5th Sunday of the month : Located behind Lennox Head main street on Williams Reserve, beside the Lennox Head Cultural Centre, allowing you to combine a visit to beautiful Lennox Head with the markets.

Saturday 16 December

Mullumbimby Community Market 8am-2pm 3rd Saturday of the month : Mullumbimby is an eclectic and scenic town with a personality and style all of its own, which makes Mullum Markets stand out from other markets in the area.

Bangalow Ceramic Fair 8am-3pm : 50 local potters will showcase their work for sale across two days. The diversity and volume of work within the group means there is something to suit everyone’s taste and a great way to support local artists and meet the maker while Christmas shopping.

Newrybar Hall Christmas Markets : Our big Christmas Market where the whole street of Newrybar will get involved! Shops will open late, there will be more market stalls for those last-minute Christmas goodies, and the “Christmas Belles” will perform carols. It will be a wonderful Community celebration! Live local, shop local, and support local producers.

Sunday 24 December

Bangalow Market 8am-2pm 4th Sunday of the month: The stall holders provide a huge variety of artisan products such as ceramics and woodwork, fresh produce and baked goods, and delicious food and coffee.
