Lord Byron Distillery produces a premium range of small batch spirits made in Byron Bay. They use local cane molasses, pure spring water from the family farm and 100 percent renewable energy. Everything is made on site, from fermentation through to bottling, with no artificial flavours or colours. Their focus on craftsmanship and sustainability sets their spirits apart.

Award Winning Spirits
Lord Byron Distillery has earned recognition on the international stage. Their Pure Single Rum received a Gold medal at the London Spirits Competition. Silver Cane OP Rum picked up a Silver medal at the same event. Several of their limited release rums and liqueurs have also been awarded for quality and flavour. These results reflect the care taken during distillation and the use of local ingredients.

Product Range
The distillery offers a strong line up of spirits. This includes premium aged rum, white rum, cane spirit, gin, and seasonal liqueurs. Many products are released in small batches, with some expressions finished in specialty casks. Visitors can sample the range at the cellar door or pick up a bottle to take home.
