It places the guest at the centre of the journey. There is no traditional menu. Instead, diners are guided through a curated sequence where each choice shapes what comes next.

The cooking is bold yet controlled. Premium local produce leads, supported by unexpected combinations and precise technique. Each dish is designed to evoke a response, not just deliver flavour.

The beverage program follows the same philosophy, with a carefully curated cellar designed to pair seamlessly with each step of the experience.
