Details still coming together – Multiple street hubs with food stalls, interactive lighting and world-class entertainment will be activated across Jonson Street and Dening Park. This is a wonderful family friendly environment allowing the whole community to welcome in the new year in a safe space.

Ring in the new year, Byron style at Forest
Celebrate the end of the year in true Byron style, surrounded by nature. Pop. Fizz. Clink. Say goodbye to 2025 with a little sparkle and a lot of flavour.
See out the year the Forest way: chilled bubbles, cicadas humming, and a five-course throwback to our all-time favourite dishes.
A solo musician will soundtrack the evening from 6pm, setting an easy rhythm for good food, good wine and even better company.
We wind things up at 10pm. Ideal if you want to do an early toast and float back to your suite, or head off into Byron to chase midnight however you choose.
Time: four seatings available from 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 7:15pm and 7:45pm.
Price: $165 for a three-course set menu including a glass of Italian prosecco on arrival

Tijuana Cartel return to the Bruns this New Year’s Eve, joined by Andy V, Xuja and Jordan Mac — four acts, one huge night to bring us into 2026.
Expect hypnotic electronica, flamenco guitar, Middle Eastern grooves, and trumpet lines from another dimension. Tijuana Cartel will drop fresh tracks from their upcoming release Bumblebee. Not to be missed.
