Saturday 7 November 2026 | The Arts Factory Byron Bay

Two powerhouse voices of Australian music, Kate Miller-Heidke and Sarah McLeod, will headline Wild Aid 2026 at The Arts Factory Byron Bay on Saturday 7 November, bringing an exceptional lineup together to raise vital funds for Wildlife Recovery Australia.

They will be joined by Clea, Versace Boys, Yazmindi, Barry McLay, Wild Rocket, Mr Rhodes and Abbey Grace, plus special guests. Every artist is donating their time in support of Australian wildlife.

Miller-Heidke’s career spans pop, folk, opera and musical theatre. Known for The Last Day on Earth, Caught in the Crowd and her Eurovision performance of Zero Gravity, she has performed on international opera stages and co-written the music and lyrics for Muriel’s Wedding The Musical. Her 2026 album The Kiss and the Abyss brings gothic folk and theatrical storytelling together in an exploration of connection, change and hope.

McLeod brings the creative force of a career spanning three decades. Alongside her work with The Superjesus, the singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer has moved between solo releases, electronic music and theatre, including American Idiot and an original soundtrack for Shake & Stir’s Jane Eyre.

The support lineup draws together a rich mix of sounds: Clea’s immersive pop, the soul and hip hop of Versace Boys, Yazmindi’s heartfelt folk and indie roots, Barry McLay’s alternative country and blues-rock, and the raw garage rock of Byron Bay duo Wild Rocket. Mr Rhodes and folk-pop songwriter Abbey Grace complete the named lineup.

For Abbey Grace, Wild Aid brings together two passions. A small-animal veterinarian who has also researched and worked with endangered Australian wildlife, she continues to write music inspired by the natural world, with new releases planned for December 2026.

Funds raised will support Wildlife Recovery Australia’s work in wildlife treatment, rehabilitation, conservation and advocacy. Its hospitals and programs include Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital, Matilda mobile wildlife hospital, Byron Bay Raptor Recovery Centre and Ocean Warriors, alongside its partnership with WA Wildlife for Margaret River Wildlife Hospital.

Wild Aid offers music lovers a chance to enjoy an extraordinary night while helping sustain the care and protection Australian wildlife needs. Book through Oztix, bring your friends and make your night out count for wildlife.
