Joe Kirby Live

British pianist and composer Joe Kirby brings an intimate, atmospheric live performance to Byron Theatre as part of a small Australian tour. Centred around the grand piano, the show moves between stripped-back solo pieces and immersive compositions incorporating subtle electronics, field recordings and sound design.

Kirby’s music is shaped by places, memories and sounds collected while travelling—including two years spent living in Australia. His work has attracted more than 36 million streams and has appeared in film, television and projects for major international brands. Venue doors and the bar open at 7pm, with the performance running from 8pm to approximately 9.15pm.

Event details can change. Please check with Byron Theatre before attending.
