Each dish is a warm invitation. Slipper lobster with truffle caviar. Duck in a fragrant bouillon with confit leg and sausage. Pressed mushroom terrine with black garlic. Dessert brings a touch of playful delight with Dig Your Own Truffle, a dark chocolate shell filled with burnt honey ice cream and roasted macadamia praline, hidden beneath a layer of edible soil.
