1. @projectchef_ opened @restaurantdorsia serving up an epic Chefβs Table experience and some of the best dishes I ate all year π¨βπ³π₯

2. Byronβs hotels became some of the hottest places to eat with new chefs taking the reins: @marcello_polifrone at @hotelmarvell @byronbayoysterbar; @tiffanyjones.au at @crystalbrookbyron; @chefrobbo72 at @elementsofbyron π¨βπ³π©βπ³

3. @chefjasonsaxby continued to create incredible dishes at @raesonwategos and the whole team provided exceptional service to make this one of my most memorable dining experiences in 2025 ππ΄

4. @bigpotblancher at @heather.bar served up some of the most creative and best food in Byron Bay and this was one of my most exceptional dining experiences of 2025 πβ₯οΈ

5. Breakfast in Byron continued to be outstanding across the board with @wearecombi & @byron_general_store leading the pack π³π₯

6. @no_name_baylane opened and quickly became a favorite with in-the-know locals hosting incredible pop ups including a memorable Halloween with @lordbyrondistillery πΈπΉ

7. Tequila was the drink of 2025 with @pantalonestequila arriving in Australia and Adam Gilchrist launching @elarquerotequila πΈπ΅

8. @moonlightbyronbay introduced cosy Tuesday ramen nights in winter which quickly became a favorite with locals ππ₯

9. @samplefoodevents held an outstanding food festival celebrating the diverse food, restaurants & chefs in our region ππ΄

10. Our Farmers Markets continue to be the best @byronfarmers @mullumfarmersmkt @newbrightonfarmersmarket @ballina_farmers_market π©βπΎπ₯¬
